central location palace theatre extra convenience

the hotel offered complimentary snacks in the room , a nice touch. i also appreciated the central location making it easy to walk into town. a show at the palace theatre was right next door to the hotel for added convenience.

the water pressure in the shower was not very strong , it barely rained.

the reception staff sent someone with a sewing kit to my room when i discovered my new suit's pockets were sewn shut.. this saved my event. breakfast offerings included an artful presentation with everything i could want. monty, our waitress each morning, greeted us like a ray of sunshine.

I received a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival. The reception staff was very polite and efficient. I found the hotel decor maintained original features. It is located within walking distance of the train station.

The water pressure in the bathroom sink was somewhat low.

I stayed in a heritage king suite! it was spacious and beautifully decorated. the bathroom had high-quality toiletries and a separate bathtub and shower. breakfast was a treat. There was a wide variety of options available and the service was attentive. the hotel's location near the palace theatre was convenient for seeing a show.

the mini-bar wasn't fully stocked upon arrival.
